Docket Activity

The only major updates is that he filed an appeal. Nothing came from that. The judge issued an opinion however, that wasn't made public.

One thing of interest is that he is not allowed contact with the victim of her family. That means he can't even have contact with his own mother or anyone else from his own family.

Nick Bate Has Moved!

Nick Bate has moved to SCI Benner. I'm not sure of the reason. Maybe he pissed someone of at SCI Camp Hill. He went from the prison for sex offender treatment and special needs programs to the one where he is going to be with other medium security inmates. Unless he goes into solitary, his future looks pretty bleak.
