EPIC FAIL

Well, I failed my mission.

But, KN requested that I post my hot, hot conversations with Heather to HMB: The Board (which you actually need a password to enter, until the construction is done). So I did. Enjoy, those of you who know the password. And now, personalized messages to each of you who are reading this. In alphabetical order.

Heather - YOU ISH TEH HAWTNESS. But you totally need to wake up earlier, liek, in the mornings when I have the house to myself.

KN - ._. srsly, read that convo. You will enjoy. Oh, and actually image the stuff...in your head. That's what I do. MEGA HAWTNESS.

Mandy - You need to meet Heather. SHE LIKES TMBG, RPGS, BONUS STAGE AND HOMESTAR RUNNER. You'd probably like her. Unless... unless you already HAVE met her.

Nick - Hi, Nick! How's it goin'? You are SO hot.

Psy - Where the crap have you been? So um. 'Sup? Still...doing all kinds of stuff? Yeah, 'das cool.

Waylon - You're evil. Stop blackmailing me.

That's all. Because nobody else is here. Hmm. I should contact some of my other friends...like Phanty, Tara, Macen and Smithy and stuff. I haven't talked to them for a long friggin' time.

~Not Nick... or is it?

TOTAL MADNESS!

mood:  confused confused

Okay, so maybe it's like, five people...if KN's here. I dunno.

Last night = SEVERELY AWESOME.

But Heather disappeared again. Right in the middle of...things. Weird. Major confusion ensued.

And Waylon challenged me to post 20 times on HMB: The Board within an hour. And to make it even more impossible, he said that I couldn't post twice in the same thread. From now on, he is to be known as The Deranged Millionaire.

Aaaaaaaand...that's pretty much it for today, yo. This is Mr. Bate, signing off.

PS - More people need to IM me so I can tell them all the awesome stuff that's going down. Seriously, IM plz.

AND WORKING ON THE SECOND...

But enough aboot that. I now have a whole four people reading my LJ! Huzzah!

Although, I haven't seen Psy online for a few days. I wonder what he's up to. Probably avoiding me because I keep IMing him all the time. Heehee.

Also, Dad got into kind of an argument with WF's mom. Like, a loud yelling type argument. So me an' Dad left for a few hours. We went to McDonald's and then went hiking. I climbed this really steep hill. I was really out of breath after that, and my knees really hurt. But then I like, meditated. While walking. And it actually got me back to normal in no time.

My ki flow must be pretty wicked awesome.

FIRST TEXT ADVENTURE COMPLETED!

Mission 1 - Explore Akagi's Cave

Today Nick explores the mystery that is his own house. Which is actually a cave. This is a really crappy game and also very easy to cheat at, but... just don't cheat. I'm also working on some other things, but just ignore everything else for now.

Also, MAJOR DRAMA going on. But whatever. I'm trying to stay out of it. Today's plan: work on some more text adventures and stuff, then later talk to Waylon, KN and Heather again. I just don't know what happened last night, though. Both Heather and Waylon just mysteriously signed off of YIM without warning. So I dunno.

I should probably talk to Psy and Mandy, too. (AND YES I PROMISE TO THAT THING THAT YOU SAID)

So...I'ma work on some more stuff now, I guess.

~Bick Nate

Ed Note: Yes, the link still works. I even played it. Here is a quote from it:

Baby is busy at the moment. However, he senses the cat treat and swiftly pushes a hot female cat away. He then grabs the treat and happily eats it as the other kitty storms out the door. You ask Baby where the key to the locked door is. He says Mandy might have it.
The cat treat is removed from your inventory, and Baby joins your team.

WTF is a hot female cat?! I followed the text adventure to the end and got to this page:

It is a copy of his Encyclopedia Dramatica article cut and pasted into his Wiki. LOL

LATE UPDATE

mood:  horny horny

Yeah, I took a while longer to post a new journal than usual. Hehe, me, Heather, Waylon and KN were in another awesome IM session. I dunno, it got completely off-topic after a while. First we were talking aboot HMB: The Board or something, and then we started cyber-ing again. Waylon was really creeped out, and I'm not sure what KN was thinking. He was probably enjoying himself. But we kept getting interrupted when people kept wanting to get on the computer, so I had to get off like, twice. It was fun, though. I forget the other stuff we discussed...I have the chat saved, so I'll have to reread it sometime soon.

Nothing else of interest happened. Oh, except when I forgot the words to S-E-X-X-Y and I started improvising. And Waylon tried to rap. XD

NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE.

Waylon introduced me to a new friend of his - a female friend - and we totally cybered. But don't worry, my romantic status has not changed. You know what I'm talking aboot.

It was hilarious. Waylon eventually invited KN, too, and he was all like "omg foursome" and she was all "no" and stuff, and it was crazy-go-nuts. And apparently she likes TMBG, Bonus Stage, Homestar Runner and RPGs. Pwnsome, man. NEW ONLINE FRIEND YAY.

So anyway, Waylon was all making suggestions as to how to make money, and most of them were really crappy. And I dunno what KN was doing. Observing the madness, I guess. Actually, me and Waylon are talking right now, but the others left or something.

Oh, and Take Out The Trash from TMBG's new album The Else is available for download. Nice. Also, I was working on a cool RPG battle-like text adventure. It was going great, until I royally messed up somehow. I must've done some math wrong somewhere. But it was pretty cool. You have three options, you can attack, defend or use ice ball, and you have to fight Macen and stuff. But I realized I made it too easy, and then later I messed up anyway. So yeah. I'll try again sometime, and do better.

THIS ONE TIME, SOME STUFF HAPPENED...

mood:  bored bored

I dunno why, but if I ever become a teacher, (which I won't), everyone should call me "Mr. Felcher". I dunno why. That just seems like a good name for a teacher. Maybe I heard it on TV somewhere. I don't know. But yeah, my plan is to be a househusband, so hopefully I can pull that off. I just have to learn how to cook and clean and stuff. Oh, and babysit. I was never any good at that. But I still think I'd be pretty good at husband-ing. And then I'd still be doing my Flash series on the side, so that'd rake in a little cash, possibly. Depending on how hilarious I am.

So today I slept until like, two in the afternoon. Well, actually, I woke up several hours before that, but I like to just lay there for a while and picture myself having a much better life than the one I currently have. You'd be surprised how addicting daydreaming is. I'm so into it, I can almost trick myself into not waking up. But no...I can't. And it makes me very depressed.

So anyway, I eventually had to get out of bed (or rather, couch) because Nanny called to tell me that I ain't got no school today. So that's cool. Then everyone went out to lunch at Pizza Hut, so it's just me and Dad here right now. So naturally I'm on the Intarnets. The one retreat I have from my screwed up life.

I don't know why I'm sounding so emo right now. I'm actually doin' pretty good, sort of. Maybe it's just that the keyboard's possessed by demons or Mom (WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?! :D) and it's typing by itself. Who knows. But yeah, people. I'm still bored. IM me. Start SOME kind of conversation. I don't even care what it's aboot. Video games, hot nekkid chicks, ugly nekkid chicks, TMBG, Bonus Stage, Homestar Runner, etc. Doesn't matter. Just friggin' IM me. Because I'm BORED.

TODAY'S SECOND OR THIRD UPDATE! YAY!

mood:  optimistic optimistic
music: Homonculus - They Might Be Giants

Some other places I can be found:
Runescape (rarely): Hagurumon
This Might Be A Wiki (almost constantly): Akagi
My two wikis: SECRET...FOR NOW

Today I tried playing the riff from Ana Ng on bass. I think I got the hang of it, but I don't think the tab was correct. Unless I just misread it or something. FEAR THE POWER OF NICK THE BASSIST.

Me and my online friends (of which I have...ummm...one) should start a band. And we can write risque songs. And I can sing in my weird falsetto voice. And then we'll smash our instruments over people's heads. Apparently WF plans to do that to his guitarist. Sounds painful to me, but eh, whatever floats his boat.

OH. MAN. I just got paid $31 for my services working at that apartment. Yeah, I was supposed to get another 25 cents (6.25 per hour x 5 hours) but I don't like change, so I just ignored it. And I'm working on a separate wiki from my Batia Studios one. This one I'm using for making, like, text adventures and stuff. Like on HRWiki, except they're not based around HR. And I wish BSWiki was still around. WHAT IF I WANNA LOOK UP SOMETHING BS-RELATED?! HUH?!

I think I have over $100 now. What should I spend it on? YOU BE THE JUDGE. Multiple choice time.
1. Buying gifts for all my friends (of which I only have one)
2. TMBG!
3. Chicks' clothing and other perverted objects
4. Save up for a laptop or iPod or something
5. a mail-order bride

NOT A PICTURE!

Nope, this is not a picture. Nope. So, I've been playing this game WF has, um, for PC, and it's called Empires: Dawn of the Modern World, and it kicks so much... umm... well, it kicks quite a few different body parts, actually. But I'm terrible at all video games. Still though, it's like, a medieval (and also modern) war game thingy, so it pwns. But unlike Age of Empires 2, the other game he used to have, it only has four civilizations. No Turks this time. Awwwwww.

And also I've been listening to TMBG's podcasts. They rock. Like, out loud even. The only bad thing aboot podcasts is that instead of being separated into separate files, they're all in one file, so seeking out your favorite tracks can be difficult. But other than that, awesomeness.

And another thing. Well, not really. I just felt like saying "and another thing..." just for the heck of it. Bye, y'alls.

PICTURE!

Taken on Christmas 2006. One of my presents was They Might Be Giants' Back To Skull EP, seen on the table in front of me. Not a very good picture, I know, but it's one of the very few pictures taken of me since I grew my hair back and started wearing glasses full-time. I'm pretty ugly, huh?

So turns out I got to discuss that thing with someone other than Psy. Which is good news for Psy. You lucked out, man. I was aboot to make you sit through a rant. But instead I talked to KN aboot it. And man do I love to pretend to be Canadian. ^_^

Also, I have a clip of myself singing along to Ondine in a very monotone and shaky voice. Which is my regular singing voice because I'm such a terrible singer. Anyone who wants it, just gimme an email at Hagurumon31@aol.com. And Psy, you already heard it, remember?

Be warned. Low quality recording + shaky/monotone voice + off-tempo/off-key/off-tune = extremely embarrassing. Well, at least I got the lyrics correct.

~Nuh-nuh-nuh-NICK BATE

Ed Note: The picture is no longer posted on his Live Journal. I was unable to find it online. If I find it later on I'll post it.

GASP.

Amazing. Today I actually got passing grades on some of my schoolwork. Namely, history. The subject was the Turks and Constantinople. ^_^ Luckily for me those're my favorite Middle Age civilization and city, respectively. So after a few 100%s it brought my overall History grade up to aboot 60% or somewhere around there. But yeah, that's still failing. Oh well. Like I said before, I don't care aboot grades at all.

Also, I'm thinking aboot doing something that'll affect me permanately. Something that might not be good to discuss in public. Nothing illegal like drugs or anything, but just...weird to discuss in public. So of course I'm gonna try to find someone to tell it to. And that means you, Psy, since everyone else is still not talking to me. HA. IN YOUR FACE. THAT'LL TEACH YOU TO NOT NOT TALK TO ME. Err...wait...

~N.B.

BOOOOOORED.

Pfft, nobody's online today. Or, well, there have been like, three people online, but only one would reply back. Does everyone hate me or something? I'd like to know what's going on. Does it involve that chat with KS, KN and Psy or something? Anyway, I did some stuff on my SECRET Batia Studios wiki, which I haven't done much on for several months. But now I got stuff done. ^_^ Eh, I'm still really bored, though. Somebody IM me.......please?

PANTS!

mood:  depressed still sad

music: Lie Still, Little Bottle by They Might Be Giants

Heehee. Today, WF was showing me a bass riff he invented. It was supposed to sound Russian, but I really don't know what Russian music sounds like. To me, his riff sounded kinda like country. :/ Then shortly afterwards, I was looking at some tabs, and WF started trying to play Ana Ng. He did okay, but not fast enough. So then I put Lincoln in and he listened to it while trying to play the bass. He was all, "This is a weird song". GASP. HOW DARE HE. So then he looked at the list of songs, and switched to Lie Still, Little Bottle. So I brought up the bass tab to that and he started playing. Apparently he has the beat stuck in his head now. Mwahahaha. A new TMBG fan, perhaps? Let's hope so. But he didn't like Ana Ng, so probably not.

Then a bit later me, WF, Dad, WF's mom and WF's friend's relative or whatever were playing 31. You know, that card game. Except they called it "31 Blitz", so I was confused at first, thinking it was a different game entirely. I was the first one to lose, then Dad. And I don't know who won because after I lost, I just kinda paced around the living room trying to get this paranoid dog to come over to me. THEN I GOT NEKKID YAY BUT NOT REALLY BUT I WISH I COULD BUT THERE'S PEOPLE IN THE ROOM RIGHT NOW SO NOW I'M SAD.

~Not Interested 'Cause Kids Bite And Totally Eviscerate

SO......

mood:  depressed saaaaaad

Most of last night was spent listening to music while just kinda browsing the 'net. Also, WF was online for a while, so I had to wait until he got off. Then in the middle of the night at like two in the morning his dog wanted me to let him outside. I don't even know why. I'm pretty sure it's only cats that have that nightvision stuff. Anyway, then he came back in and then started staring at me, so I was all "Dude, what?" and it turned out he wanted water. So I gave him water. -_-

Haven't practiced instruments yet. And I'm not sure why, but my aunt won't count it as music class for my homeschooling anyway. Dude, seriously! Why not? I mean, it IS a real class. And plus I'm doing better in it than all my other classes! I have Math, Language Arts, History, Science and Bible, and I'm failing all of them (by the way, how can ANYONE fail Bible?). Whoever the superintendent is that keeps passing me to the next grade level must be drunk or something. I'm obviously nowhere near a tenth grade education. I don't care, though. I really don't even want an education. I pretty much just guess all the questions so I can get it over with. And I still need to look into how to drop out. Honestly, why does school have to be a requirement? I don't think it's fair at all.

EDIT: Okay, I think I found something. Not sure if it's correct, though, but apparently if you're under 16, you need to do a few things to drop out of school, like get a job and stuff. And if you're 16 or older, you can just drop out. Well, I'm turning 16 in September, at the beginning of the next school year. So, since I plan on never getting a job, apparently I'll just have to wait until then. *sigh*

NEW STUFF TO TALK ABOOT?

Okay, we just got a new computer up in here. So that's finally over.

Now, yesterday was weird. Me and some friends of mine were arguing aboot stuff...I dunno. These two guys...they want me to "break Cho's record", and I was all, "No". Other things happened, but I'd rather not get into detail. It was extremely depressing.

Okay, so I guess not that many things happened last night, but trust me, the conversations took a long time. But it was mostly KS flooding the chat room by saying "DO IT" over and over. Extremely annoying. Eventually I had to invite another person in there to help me out. It did kinda work. Soon after I just exited the chat. So yeah, that's a quick way to remedy that kind of situation. Though it'll probably happen again. -_-

DEFINITELY NOT FIRST POST!

Well, in an attempt to fix the restarting problem, Windows has been reinstalled, but that didn't do any good. The problem still happens. And now we have to reinstall all our hardware. *sigh* That was a waste.

Sooo...not really too much goin' down now, except it's Saturday, so I ain't got no homeschooling today. Woot! Not like I ever do anything special on weekends/summer/holidays, but at least I don't have to do schoolwork. ^_^ Oh, but if I had a girlfriend, then I'd probably do stuff with her on my breaks from school. Like, we could go out and see a movie or something, even though I don't even like movies. Really I don't even like TV that much. But if I'm bored, it'll do. Although I have gotten into watching Adult Swim every night, but now that I'm at a different house, I kinda can't do that because everyone else uses the TV.

And I still need to get Flash. But I guess I need my own computer first. One that doesn't restart when you're in the middle of something. >_> I have lots of really good ideas for my upcoming series, but since I can't create them right away, I forget them.

~M.C. Sly

NOT FIRST POST!

Wow, the restarting computer problem seems to be slowing down, but it still happens too much. In fact, ONCE is too much. Because I know computers aren't supposed to do that. And because of this, I haven't been able to really IM my friend, due to fears that the computer will shut down in the middle of a conversation. It's happened before, so...

I also practiced a little bass today when everyone else was at school/work. Then my aunt came over to do homeschooling, and I was irritated. I need to find out how to drop out of school. Like, what, do I have to like, write a letter to the school saying I'm dropping out or what? I dunno. I'll research that sometime. Tomorrow, possibly.

So long for today! (Err...well, actually, it's 1 in the morning, so it IS no longer today, but...yeah...)

The First Known Live Journal Post

FIRST POST!

Yep, I just registered literally a couple of minutes ago. I'm going to wait 'til later to set things up. Well, see, the computer I'm using has a tendency to just restart itself for no reason whatsoever. It gets extremely annoying, especially if you're doing something at the time.

Anyway, someone I know gave me my first guitar/bass lesson last night. And I'm terrible. Ah, well. I'll keep practicing. It's not like I'm going to write my own songs or anything, because trust me, I do that a lot, but they're really bad. And by bad, I mean REALLY bad. In more than one way.

So yeah. I'm gonna post this now, before the computer restarts. See ya!
